The Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is offering an exquisite two-day pop-up this month. Led by celebrity chef Dharshan Munidasa of Sri Lanka’s Crab Ministry, the event features a special four-course menu of delicious culinary creations and promises a tasty journey with fresh ingredients. To sweeten the deal, a cocktail experience hosted by Stranger and Sons at Copitas, which recently won 44th place in the coveted list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars. The event will take place on May 11 and 12, starting at 7:00 p.m. at Far & East.

Suzy Q by 1522 has curated a month-long feast of authentic Indian flavors, featuring traditional recipes from expert chefs. On the menu, there is everything from Kashmiri paneer kofta to Old Delhi’s murgh chenna kebab. Look for delicious creations including grills, sauces and pulao with classic ingredients like cardamom, fennel, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and saffron. The festival will start on May 12 and run until June 12.

Every Saturday, Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru offers delicious Pan-Asian cuisine accompanied by live music. With the gin revolution sweeping the country, there’s no better time than now to indulge in all things spirit-related. Food Talk India is leading the way with the biggest celebration of gin in conjunction with the Gin Explorer’s Club on May 7-8.
