Malahide lands with planning of 13 high end homes for sale by tender

Developers and home builders involved in delivering homes destined for the upper end of Dublin’s residential market should be interested in a 1.49 hectare (3.68 acre) site that is being offered for sale by way of call for tenders by the CBRE agent.

Located a short walk from Malahide Castle, clearance is for 13 detached homes ranging from 336 square meters (3,616 square feet) to 419 square meters (4,510 square feet). The appeal of the subject property to developers is expected to be enhanced by the long-standing and proven demand for high-end housing in Malahide and the surrounding area. The neighboring Streamstown Wood project, for example, recorded sale prices of between € 1.3 million and € 1.4 million over the period 2017 to December 2019 for homes similar in size to those on offer. for the site in question. There are currently a number of residential developments underway in the immediate area, including Brookwood and Oak Park.

Malahide has long been recognized as one of Dublin’s most desirable coastal locations and has a wide range of amenities. The village of Malahide is home to a wide range of award-winning shops, cafes and restaurants, including Bon Appetit and The Greedy Goose.
