Chief Masaharu Morimoto will be in Orlando next month for a trio of events at Asia Morimoto. The first is a bbq yakiniku featuring a variety of binchotan-grilled wagyu cuts on December 3 from 7-9 p.m. The cost is $165 and includes a highball pairing. On December 4, the Iron Chef will prepare an omakase featuring Suntory Whiskey’s 55-year-old “Yamazaki 55” single malt. A bottle of the prized whiskey sells for over $60,000, although the price approached $800,000 at a recent auction.
